Roy went above and beyond with his excellent customer services. He is honest and customer satisfaction oriented. I dropped off my central vac unit for repair and it was completed in a timely manner. I also purchased additional accessories from him. Highly recommended.

Roy is the best! My vacuum died, I was pretty sure it was the brushes. Roy didn’t have any in stock but gave me an old pair till the new ones came it. Absolutely amazing customer service.

In December I took my central vacuum to Roy . I went to 2 other service places before and they were telling me to buy new motor without even looking at the vacuum . Roy inspected the vacuum right on the spot and showed me that the brushes are worn out . Replaced them and started the vacuum After that did the tune up. I was very surprised to meet honest service man.

I highly recommend GP services. Roy is such an honest person. I have always had excellent experience dealing with him. Roy never gives advice that might help him make a quick buck or two. Instead, he will give you advice on how you might be able to save a buck or two. I bought a central vac from him many years ago and recently had to go in to replace some parts. After looking at the parts, he suggested they be repaired instead of replaced. Replacement would have cost me close to $700, and I would have never challenged it. Didn't even occur to me that they can be repaired. He suggested I leave them for repairs and it only costed me $200. His focus is on building relationships, which in return brings repeat business. Highly recommended. What a GEM!!!

Very honest and knowledgeable person. Roy gives you a honest opinion of the service you need without trying to rip you off. I went for a vacuum repair and he tested it and gave it a quick fix so I can use it for some time before buying another central system. And for sure I am going back to GP for it.

I live 45 km north of Brampton...on Friday, our Central Vacuum system just stopped while in use. After checking electrical outlets, fuse breaker and other simple things, I was stuck.... checked reviews on line and decided to make the drive and drop off the unit. When Roy realized how far I'd driven, he asked if I had a little time so he could open it up to give me a sense of what was needed...I expected the motor was shot. Surprise.... the brushes were worn....he replaced them...gave the unit a good cleaning, and I was one my way for what amounted to a pocket change repair. He saved me a return trip, and a bundle of money had I gone someplace else.... honest, friendly and courteous, with a legitimate desire to help people, and to grow his business through good service and word of mouth....can't speak more highly about this absolutely wonderful experience.....Thank You!!!

Called the store to see if the store had the right brushes for our central vacuum and the store did. When me and my dad went to the store we spoke to Roy. Roy is very knowledgeable, honest and helped guide us through repairing our central vacuum.
